Kristen graduated in 2001 at the Pennsylvania School of Muscle Therapy. Her experience includes working for Physical Therapists, Chiropractors, health clubs, day spas and wellness centers. She has furthered her career in aromatherapy, hot stones, crystal balancing and is a Reiki Master. Kristen is intuitive and picks up on what her clients needs are. She applies her knowledge of deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, stretching and relaxation techniques while incorporating a mind, body and spirit approach to each session. In her downtime Kristen enjoys taking trips to new places, reading, painting, and doing things with her two daughters. Kristen looks forward to the opportunity to share her talents with Moodz Spa & Salon!
